Since the start of COVID-19, the Visalia Chamber of Commerce has continued to advocate for business, providing up-to-date information and resources, and working hand-in-hand with our members to assist with successfully and safely reopening Visalia.

We are thankful to our many supporters and partners who reassured our hearts and minds that our fight for Visalia and the local business community is appreciated. Members have showcased their support through multiple outlets: Precision Prep donated food to chamber staff as a thank you for the continued support and revolving door of information, EECU purchased Loyal to Local T-shirts for its entire team, and many members have expressed their gratitude through their social media platforms.

As businesses began to reopen, the Visalia Chamber of Commerce was proud to partner with Central Valley Business Forms to produce Open for Business signs. Those signs were distributed throughout Visalia to assist members with their marketing efforts.

As we have hit the halfway mark of 2020, the chamber looks forward to new beginnings and partnerships. We welcome the following new and upgraded members:

  • California Health Collaborative, new member
  • Eagle Mountain Casino, upgrade to Keystone membership
  • Paynter Realty & Investments, new member
  • The Salad Shop, new member
  • Valley Strong Credit Union, new Keystone member
  • ZenBusiness, new member
The 2019-20 Leadership Visalia team

In addition, we celebrate completion of the 2019-20 Leadership Visalia program. Through this year’s class project of Buddy Benches, 11 schools within the Visalia Unified School District will receive benches. The goal of the project, and each bench, is to make real differences in the lives of local students by encouraging an environment of kindness, fellowship, leadership and inclusion on the playground. This year’s Leadership Visalia class recognizes that its com-munity project could not have been successful without the support of Visalia’s community and its many sponsors and donors.

As we move forward to the next half of the year, now more than ever our community needs leaders to be catalysts for positive change. We encourage current and future leaders to step forward to be part of Leadership Visalia. More information on the program can be found at
